TrendSpider offers 1-on-1 end user product training. Each session is up to 60 minutes in length. You may break your session up into 2 separate 30 minute sessions by speaking with your trainer during your first meeting if you prefer. Training is a premium paid service that must be booked separately.

Why does training cost money?
We devote dedicated resources to every training session. You will talk with a trained, experienced expert in TrendSpider with a background in trading who can help you get the most out of the product. Because these sessions are 1-on-1, personal, dedicated and professionally held, we have to charge in order to make it possible to offer them. This is not how we make money, charging for sessions is just to cover their costs.
What if I don't use the full hour?
We allow you to break your session up into two 30 minute sessions. If you want to do this, please tell your trainer at the start of your session and they will help you schedule the follow on session directly.
Why do I need to pay via Pay Pal?
At this time, we are only able to accept Pay Pal for training sessions. In the future, we will accept other forms of payment, and allow you to bill it against your TrendSpider payment method. But for now, Pay Pal is all we got.
What if I was offered a free training session or my plan offers a free training session as part of it?
We got you! Please do NOT buy a session on this page. If you were offered a free session, or a session was included with your plan, please contact support to schedule your training. You can contact them using the chat button inside of the TrendSpider application itself. Alternatively, this page may display an option if it recognizes your account as being including a training. If this is the case, you may book on this page. A special message will be visible in this case above.
Are training sessions refundable?
Training sessions can be cancelled for a refund up to 24 hours before they are to start. After 24 hours passes, no refunds will be granted, even if you are unable to attend. This is because the time slot was not made available for other users. Please attend your session or cancel as soon as you know you can't make it to avoid paying for it.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Just click the link in your calendar invite and reschedule.

Training is most effective when you come into it after watching the 101 video series on TrendSpider University. This will help you get the basics down, so you can spend your training session learning how to put the platform to work for you.
Please note: TrendSpider employees are NOT allowed to teach customers how to trade. We cannot speak to trading strategies, we cannot tell you what to buy and what to sell, all we can teach during training is how to use the TrendSpider Software. You must bring your own strategies.
