Our free trials are straightforward. Sign up for a plan on the website and input your details to gain instant access to TrendSpider for the specified trial period. If you decide not to continue with TrendSpider, you can cancel your plan as described above. Otherwise, your plan will automatically renew. You can change your plan anytime during your free trial for free so you can find the right plan for you.

In general, we do not offer refunds for initial orders and first-time purchases due to immediate costs incurred upon account creation. However, we make exceptions for renewal charges if you inadvertently forget to cancel and are no longer using the service. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Customer Support. Our team will review your account and applicable policies and respond promptly. The policy states that refunds are not available for initial orders and first-time purchases, but recurring charges can be refunded upon request within a grace window.

If your payment method fails during a renewal, we will notify you to request that you update your payment information. We will also attempt to re-process your payment periodically using an automated system. If the issue persists, your subscription may be suspended until the payment is successfully processed. If no payment is made within a 4 week period, we will cancel your account automatically.
