Summary of the MenthorQ Levels Indicators
With this release, TrendSpider users now have access to three MenthorQ indicators—Gamma Levels, Blind Spots, and Conversions—covering 1,300+ assets in real time. Let’s explore how they work:
- Gamma Levels (EOD & Intraday): Pinpoint “sticky” price magnets created by positive/negative dealer gamma, delivered once after the close (6 pm ET equities / 11 pm ET futures) plus 14 intraday refreshes to nail entries and exits around institutional hedging flows.
- Blind Spots Levels: Surface reaction zones calculated from gamma shifts in correlated markets, so you can act when, for example, NQ option flow flags a pivot that will likely spill into MSFT before it appears on the chart you’re watching.
- MenthorQ Conversions: Instantly translate any spot-based level (SPX, QQQ, IBIT, etc.) to its futures or crypto twin (ES, NQ, BTC…) for tick-perfect alignment across every instrument you trade.
MenthorQ Gamma Levels Explained

MenthorQ’s gamma engine analyzes open interest, market positioning, and proprietary quantitative logic to pinpoint price zones characterized by positive or negative gamma. These zones are where dealer hedging can pin price or trigger sudden volatility, creating the “sticky” behavior traders love to track.
The MenthorQ Gamma Levels fall into two categories: Primary Levels and Secondary Levels.
Primary Levels: High-Conviction Gamma Flows
- Call Resistance: Pinpoints the strike with the heaviest call-option gamma, a point where dealer hedging tends to cap rallies and act as resistance. A decisive breakout drives traders to roll calls higher, lifting the ceiling and opening the way for accelerated upside.
- Put Support: Identifies the strike with the heaviest put-option gamma, a floor where dealer hedging can absorb selling and act as support. Should price break below, fresh hedges roll lower, and dealer shorting intensifies, accelerating downside momentum.
- High Vol Level (HVL / Gamma Flip): Marks the price where the cumulative gamma curve reverses slope, separating positive from negative gamma regimes. Trading above it lets dealer hedging smooth volatility, while slips below often magnify momentum and sharp price swings.
- 1-Day Max / 1-Day Min: MenthorQ’s proprietary volatility bands define the statistically expected high and low for the next session, giving traders a daily price fence. Use them to size risk, set option strikes, and watch for mean-reversion when price pierces either boundary.
- Call Resistance 0-DTE: Intraday ceiling, calculated from 0-DTE calls, ideal for scalpers.
- Put Support 0-DTE: Intraday floor from 0-DTE puts, handy for quick bounce plays.
- HVL 0-DTE: Same-day gamma-flip line that flags intraday momentum shifts.
- Gamma Wall 0-DTE: Cluster of today’s largest gamma strikes that can pin price until expiry.
Secondary Levels: GEX 1 – GEX 10
These levels capture the ten strikes with the highest overall gamma concentration, ranked 1 (highest) to 10 (lowest), which are recalculated each session inside the 1-Day Expected Move range. Together, these levels provide a clean, institutional-grade map of where price is most likely to stall, bounce, or accelerate in the next session.
Two Update Modes, One Core Engine
Both versions use the same gamma logic, just updated at different time frames based on your trading style.
- Gamma Levels EOD: posts once daily • 6 pm EST for stocks / ETFs / indices / crypto • 11 pm EST for futures
- Gamma Levels Intraday: 14+ refreshes per cash session for stocks / ETFs / indices

Who are the Gamma Levels Best For?
Perfect for day and swing traders focused on stocks, options, or futures, looking to trade in sync with institutional gamma flows and fine-tune their entries and exits.
- Day traders who rely on intraday volatility pivots for quick entries and exits
- Swing traders targeting multi-day moves around “sticky” price magnets
- Options traders aligning strikes with institutional gamma positioning
- Futures traders syncing levels on ES, NQ, RTY, and other contracts with dealer flows
- Stock traders looking for institutional-grade guidance on where rallies may stall or resume
MenthorQ Blind Spots Levels

Most traders focus on a single symbol, yet markets are deeply interconnected. A surge in SPX options activity can jolt NQ, and shifts in crude-oil positioning often echo through tech stocks. Blind Spots Levels turns that hidden cross-asset influence into a clear trading edge.
The proprietary algorithm scans gamma positioning across correlated assets, flagging price zones that standard support-and-resistance tools miss. These “blind spots” mark areas where a sudden reversal, fake-out, or acceleration is likely, giving traders an early warning and sharper timing.
What it Does
- Reveals hidden reaction zones driven by cross-asset gamma positioning
- Flags areas prone to reversals, fake-outs, or speed-ups
- Gives traders a timing edge that standard S/R tools miss
Who are the Blind Spots Levels Best For?
Ideal for day or swing traders who want to sidestep traps and time entries with cross-market insight, whether they trade futures, indices, ETFs, forex, or commodity markets.
- Day traders exploiting intraday fake-outs and volatility pockets
- Swing traders gauging broader market reactions and risk clusters
- Macro-aware traders factoring cross-asset gamma flows into every setup
Levels Update & Coverage
- Refreshes nightly at 11 pm EST, Monday–Friday, so each session starts with the newest zones
- Tracks futures, indices, ETFs, and major forex pairs, including: ES, NQ, RTY, YM, GC, CL, MBT, NDX, SPX, SPY, QQQ, DIA, USO, GLD, IWM, plus major FX pairs
MenthorQ Conversions

Trading futures off spot-based levels is frustrating: prices rarely line up because of spreads, ratios, and fair-value differences. This problem can lead to mistimed entries, misaligned exits, or missed trades altogether.
MenthorQ Conversions, baked into every MenthorQ indicator, fixes that by translating Gamma and Blind Spots levels into its futures or crypto equivalent with tick-perfect math. Need SPX gamma walls on ES, QQQ swing zones on NQ, or GLD levels on GC? The conversion is instantaneous, ensuring your analysis remains aligned with the real market structure and institutional flows.
What it Does
- Converts any MenthorQ level, like Gamma or Blind Spots, from a spot ticker to its futures or crypto twin with spread- or ratio-based math, so the price lines up tick for tick
- Keeps technical levels anchored to real market structure, removing the guesswork caused by fair-value gaps between spot and futures
- Lets you act in the market you trade (ES, NQ, BTC…) while still drawing on the options-chain edge of the underlying spot symbol
Use it to overlay:
- SPX → ES
- QQQ → NQ
- GLD → GC
- NVDA → QQQ
- DIA → YM
- IBIT → BTC
…and more.
Who are the Converted Levels Best For?
Converted Levels is built for anyone who trades one instrument while analysing another and needs their price levels to line up perfectly.
- Futures traders who base decisions on spot-market gamma or swing zones (e.g., trading ES off SPX levels)
- ETF and index traders executing across multiple tickers and hedging with futures or options
- Cross-asset specialists synchronising levels between commodities, crypto, FX, and their correlated benchmarks
Coverage
Whether you need SPY gamma on ES, QQQ swing zones on NQ, or IBIT levels on BTC, Conversions keeps every chart aligned with institutional-grade precision. Converted Levels supports 1,300+ assets across every major class:
- Stocks & ETFs
- Indices
- Futures
- Major Forex pairs
- Crypto
