December wrapped up the year with a set of practical upgrades focused on content publishing clarity, Sidekick enhancements, and better organization tools across dashboards and watchlists. Here’s what’s new this month.

Sidekick AI Updates

Gemini 3 Pro Preview Added

  • Gemini 3 Pro Preview is now available inside Sidekick for users on Basic and higher plans.
  • This gives traders another powerful model option when researching markets or analyzing data.

Full Sidekick Chat History Access

  • You can now scroll back through the entire history of a Sidekick chat by clicking “Load more.”
  • This makes it easier to revisit earlier analysis, ideas, or research from longer conversations.

Quality of Life Updates

Text Note Widget for Dashboards

  • A new Text Note widget is now available in Dashboards.
  • This widget allows you to write notes and keep them visible anywhere within your dashboard layout.
  • It’s ideal for trade plans, reminders, macro notes, or strategy context.

New Pre-Made Watchlists

  • We’ve added a set of ready-to-use S&P 500 sector watchlists, including:
    • S&P 500 Energy
    • S&P 500 Financials
    • S&P 500 Health Care
    • S&P 500 Industrials
    • S&P 500 Information Technology
    • S&P 500 Materials
    • S&P 500 Real Estate
    • S&P 500 Utilities
    • S&P 500 Consumer Discretionary
    • S&P 500 Consumer Finance
    • S&P 500 Consumer Staples
  • These lists make it easier to quickly monitor sector performance and rotate focus without building watchlists from scratch or relying on sector ETF holdings.

New Store Publishing Confirmation for Paid Content

  • The Store publishing flow has been updated to require authors to confirm whether a submission is original work or a copy of someone else’s work.
  • Only original work can now be published as a paid indicator on the TrendSpider Store.
  • This change helps protect creators and ensures clearer expectations for paid content.
